Departments
Each department belongs to one site.
Technician Groups
Each group belongs to one department. Technicians are assigned to a group from the Members tab.
Designation → role defaults
When a designation is entered for a new member, its default role is suggested (you can still change it). Admin-only.
Broadcast Channels
Manage channel visibility, admin-only restrictions, and member access.
